Avondale Adventures

One of our most popular children’s ministries for grades K through 5th. Avondale Adventures runs for 10 weeks each fall and spring.  A teaching theme unifies these weeks as children learn about the Bible, God, the church, and what it means to be a disciple.  They learn through lessons, arts and crafts, drama, games and songs.  Parents take turns providing dinner or assisting with activities.  At the end of the fall semester, the children offer to God and to the congregation a Christmas musical.  At the end of the spring semester, the children sing in worship, usually on Palm Sunday.
