With our commitment to following safe gathering practices, we continue to invite our in-person worshipers to wear protective masks during worship and while indoors.

At the heart of who we are as a church is our worship of God. It is why we were created and everything we participate in is built on that foundation. Christ himself commanded that when he said for us to “Love the Lord your God with all our heart, soul, and mind.” Christ goes on to say, “and love your neighbor…”

Our services and ministries continue in new forms. Avondalers and friends continue in mission and fellowship- with each other, our neighbors, and in our community. Avondale is holding Worship, Sunday School, and ministries in person. Adopting safety practices to prevent the spread of COVID-19 is the best way to love our neighbor. We are in this together.
