Mindfulness Meeting

Learn mindfulness techniques taught by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Each week, the group will practice various techniques to use the wisdom of our bodies, minds and spirit to face stress, pain and illness. Optional CDs and books will be available.
