Faith formation happens over a lifetime and in many settings of church life together. We hope you will join us on Sunday, August 29 at 10 AM to celebrate Rally Day! On this day we will have our annual “Blessing of the Backpacks” and kick-off Christian education programming including Youth Group. 3rd graders and 3 year old children will be gifted Bibles. Our mission is a school supply drive for ACE (more).
Following worship, children will go with their Sunday school classes for a short time of games and snacks while adults are invited to learn more about Avondale’s opportunities for all ages over refreshments on the back patio of the FLC. We look forward to seeing you there!
